Minimun $800 security deposit collected 30 days in advance of rental.

Check-in instructions and directions will be provided 1 week prior to rental dates and full payment and security deposit has been received.  

Available in the event of emergency, may contact anytime, call or text owner

Occupancy cannot exceed 10 people at anytime (day or night), NO EXCEPTIONS.<br />
Unapproved guests or exceeding 10 guests (day or night), you will be evicted immediately, no refund and charged $100/per person/per day)

Canoe, Tin row boat, paddleboat, 2 kayaks, select size life jackets

Max 2 dogs allowed. 
No charge for dogs. Unless there are damages. 
Unfortunately, cats are not allowed due to host's allergies.

Not allowed in Sunroom, decks, docks

My husband and I have owned and operated our cottage as a vacation rental property since April 2012.  We fell in love with the property and it's beautiful view of Fairholme Lake and wanted others to experience what it has to offer.  Fairholme Lake is quiet clean and the offers a view of Crown Land.
